DUNLOP ARGENTINA S.A. safety and health policy has been established and outlined by the Managing Direction and it is specified for every sector of the Company.
   
Every accident or professional disease is avoidable, thus we aim at achieving zero accident in our Plant.
   
Every level of the organisation is responsible of promoting safety and health conditions in the Plant.
   
Higher rank employees are directly responsible for the safety and health of the personnel they are in charge of in their workplace.
   
Our Company offers the means, human and technical resources to comply with the requirements ensuring the effectiveness of the system implemented.
   
The responsible for Safety and Health assigned by the Managing Direction has the responsibility and complete authority to prepare, maintain and revise the Safety System and should keep the Managing Direction informed.
   
The current policy and every norm and procedure deriving from it are part of our working conditions, thus it is mandatory for every member of the Company to observe and make it observed.
   
Our safety and health system must meet the requirements of Superintendencia de Riesgos del Trabajo de la Nación (Working risks government office) and it focuses on continuous improvement.
   
The Managing Direction is responsible for training workers so that they could carry out their activities with the less possible risk and, also for making workers share in the attainment of the objectives aimed at. For this reason, every manager should specify.
